Synopsis
Novembre 1989. A Bruxelles, Victor cherche Elina, son amour d’été mystérieusement disparue. Il croise Damian, journaliste anglais illuminé, et Rosie, barmaid hollandaise un peu punk. Ensemble, ils plongent dans la nuit portée par la fièvre New Beat.
